Comeback Desk is a service of Justin Skeesuck LLC, doing business as Comeback Desk. Our website is comebackdesk.com. Comeback Desk is presented by Crown & Key, which runs a separate site at crownandkeypartners.co.

In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Comeback Desk. "You" means anyone who uses our site.

We help med spas follow up with leads and win back past clients using AI.

Using the site

By using comebackdesk.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

The free Reactivation Snapshot

The Snapshot is a free form. You answer 5 quick questions by picking ballpark ranges. Then you give us your email so we can send you a copy of your results. You may also add a phone number and, if you want, agree to text messages. That is optional. See "Text message terms" below.

The numbers you see are estimates only. They come from our planning assumptions, not from measured results. They are not a promise or a guarantee of any revenue or any number of bookings. Real results vary by spa, offer, list quality, booking system, and many other things.

These terms cover Comeback Desk text messages. This program is run by Comeback Desk.

What the program is

Comeback Desk text messages are recurring, automated follow-up and marketing texts from Comeback Desk about our service.

How to opt in

To opt in, enter your phone number on our free Snapshot form and check the optional text message box. The box is not checked unless you check it.

We are not sending texts yet

Right now, we are not sending any texts. If you opt in, these terms will apply once we start.

What to expect

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and follow-up texts from Comeback Desk at the number you entered.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We will send you one text to confirm, and then we will not text you again.

Consent is optional

You do not have to agree to get texts to buy anything from us. You also do not have to agree to get your Snapshot.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Paid service

Our paid service is covered by a separate written agreement. We both agree to it before any work starts. That agreement sets the terms for the paid service.

Any guarantee for paid service is only what we agree to in writing in that agreement. Nothing on this site creates a guarantee.

Your responsibilities

When you use our site, you agree to:

• Give true and correct information.
• Not submit patient or client names, health information, or any other patient data in the Snapshot. We do not ask for it, and you should not include it.
• Not abuse our forms. This means no spam, no fake submissions, and no automated tools to flood the forms.
• Not try to break, hack, or disrupt the site.
• Follow the law when you use the site.

Our content and trademarks

The words, design, and other content on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. The Comeback Desk name is ours.

You may view and share our pages for your own use. Please do not copy, sell, or reuse our content or name without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

Our site links to other sites and uses some outside services. We do not control them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

• TidyCal: The "Book a free 15-minute call" button opens TidyCal. TidyCal collects what you type there and sets up a Zoom call link. TidyCal's own privacy policy applies there.
• Crown & Key: We link to crownandkeypartners.co. It is a separate site.

No warranties

We provide our site and the free Snapshot "as is." We do not promise that the site will always work, be free of errors, or be available. We do not promise that the Snapshot estimates will match your real results.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any losses that come from using our site or the free Snapshot. This includes lost profits, lost data, or lost business.

Some places do not allow these limits. If that applies to you, some of these limits may not apply.

Ending access

We may stop or limit your access to the site if you break these terms or misuse our forms. You may stop using the site at any time.

Idaho law

The laws of the State of Idaho govern these terms.
