Who we are
Comeback Desk is a service of Justin Skeesuck LLC, doing business as Comeback Desk. Our website is comebackdesk.com. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Comeback Desk. "You" means anyone who visits our site or uses our forms.
Comeback Desk is presented by Crown & Key. Crown & Key is a separate site. This policy covers comebackdesk.com only.
We provide AI lead follow-up and past-client reactivation for med spas. This is a business service.

What we collect and why
The free Reactivation Snapshot
The Snapshot asks you 5 quick questions. You pick a ballpark range for each one:
- About how many total clients you have
- About how many clients you have not seen in 6 months or more
- Your average visit value
- About how many new leads you get each month
- The booking software you use (you can type a name if you pick "Other")
Then we ask for your contact details:
- Your email (required)
- Your name (optional)
- Your business name (optional)
- Your phone number (optional)
- An optional checkbox to agree to receive recurring automated marketing and follow-up texts. It starts unchecked. See "Text messages" below.
When you submit the form:
- We show your result on screen right away as ballpark ranges.
- We store your answers and contact details in private storage. They are not public.
- We email you a copy of your estimate.
- We send our team an email with your submission so we can follow up.
- We keep your browser's user-agent string with your submission. This is a short line of text that tells us your browser type and device type.
- We use your IP address for a short time to block spam and limit too many submissions. We do not save your IP address with your submission.
The form also has a hidden spam trap and a check for forms sent too fast. These help us stop bots.
The Snapshot numbers are ballpark estimates, not promises. See our Disclaimer to learn how we figure them.
Our newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email and your first name if you give it. You also check a box to say you agree to get it. We use this to send you the newsletter.
Booking a call
The "Book a free 15-minute call" button opens TidyCal. TidyCal is a separate company. It collects what you type there and sets up a Zoom call link. TidyCal's own privacy policy applies to what you share on TidyCal.
Basic server logs
Our site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel keeps normal server logs when you visit the site.
What we never ask for
We do not ask for patient or client names in the Snapshot. We do not ask for health information or any patient data. Please do not send us any.
Before we handle any patient information, we put the right HIPAA agreements in place.
Who we share it with
We use a few service providers to run the site and send email:
- Vercel hosts our website and the form's server code. It also stores Snapshot submissions in private storage.
- Resend sends our emails. This includes your Snapshot confirmation and our newsletter. Newsletter contacts are stored in Resend.
- TidyCal handles call bookings.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use ad trackers. Our site does not set tracking cookies.
Text messages
Our free Snapshot form has an optional phone number field. It also has an optional checkbox for text messages. The box is not checked unless you check it. You do not have to give your phone number or check the box to send the form or get your Snapshot results.
What we collect
If you give us your phone number and check the text message box, we store:
- Your phone number.
- A yes or no record of whether you agreed to get texts.
- The date and time you agreed.
- A version label for the consent wording you saw.
- The page where you agreed.
If you check the box without entering a phone number, we do not record any consent, because we have no number to text. We do not store your IP address with your consent record. We never ask for patient data. Please do not send us any.
How we use it
We use this information for only two things:
- To send you the text messages you agreed to get.
- To show that you gave us consent.
We are not sending texts yet
Right now, we are not sending any marketing texts. When we start, the rules below will apply to anyone who opted in.
- What you will get: Recurring, automated follow-up and marketing texts about Comeback Desk's service.
- How often: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: Reply STOP at any time to cancel.
- For help: Reply HELP, or email us at snapshot@comebackdesk.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is optional
You do not have to agree to get texts to buy anything from us. You also do not have to agree to get your Snapshot.
Sharing
We use service providers to run our service. These include email and hosting providers. Later, they will also include a texting provider that sends our messages. They only use your information to help us run the service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep consent records for as long as we need them to show that you gave consent. We also keep them for as long as the law requires.
Asking us to delete your information
To ask us to delete your phone number, email us at snapshot@comebackdesk.com. We will delete it unless we need to keep a record to show consent or the law requires us to keep it.
Newsletter and how to unsubscribe
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing snapshot@comebackdesk.com.
We follow the CAN-SPAM Act. That means:
- We tell you clearly who the email is from.
- Our subject lines are honest.
- We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
- We include a mailing address in our newsletters.
How long we keep it
We keep Snapshot submissions as long as we need them to follow up with you and run our business. If you ask us to delete your information, we will. We may keep limited records if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the information we have about you
- Fix information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you emails or other marketing
