Who we are

This page is for comebackdesk.com. Comeback Desk is a service of Justin Skeesuck LLC, doing business as Comeback Desk. In this page, "we" and "us" mean Comeback Desk. "You" means you, the person using our site.

Snapshot figures are estimates

Our free Reactivation Snapshot gives you ballpark estimates. They are not promises. They are not guarantees. They are a rough starting point for a talk about your spa.

How we make the estimates

You answer 5 quick questions by picking ballpark ranges. We use those ranges and our planning assumptions to work out a rough figure.

• For past clients you have not seen in 6 or more months, we assume roughly 3 to 6 percent rebook.
• For new leads, we assume roughly 3 to 6 percent become bookings.
• We multiply those numbers by the visit value you picked.

Because your answers are ranges, and our assumptions are ranges, the results are shown as ranges too.

The win-back figure is a one-time figure. The lead figure is per year. We do not add them together, and you should not either.

These are not measured results

Snapshot figures come from math on assumptions. They are not based on your real data. They are not results we measured at your spa or any other spa.

Your results will vary

Real results are different for every spa. We cannot promise any amount of revenue. We cannot promise any number of bookings. You may get more than the estimate, less, or none at all.

What affects results

Many things can change your results, such as:

• How your spa runs
• What you offer clients
• The quality of your client and lead lists
• Your booking system
• Many other things we cannot predict

Not professional advice

Nothing on our site or in the Snapshot is financial, legal, or medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you make decisions in those areas.

Paid service

If you hire us, the terms for the paid service are set in a separate written agreement before work starts. Any guarantee for the paid service is only what is written in that agreement. Nothing on this site or in the Snapshot adds to it.
